But for the most part, a Chromebook is now a big part of the PC gaming experience. And now that Google has launched its new Chromebooks (with the Pixelbook and Pro), it's easy to see why.

Of course, if you're not already a Chromebook owner, don't expect to see many of these new Chromebooks all day long. For starters, those who buy these new Chromebooks will have to buy a Chromebook Pro. The first of these should be available by this weekend, and it should be the best Chromebook to buy for your new PC gaming rig.

The latest Chrome OS machines like the Pixelbook, Pixelbook Plus, and Pro use the same CPU-intensive design, and the latest Chromebooks come with a slew of new features. There are a lot of new features, but nothing to break from the latest ones.

The latest update to Chrome OS that Google announced today included a lot of new features, including the ability to resize and unsize apps, a new menu bar, and a new layout.
