If you're a fan of the old Mazda, you should
If you're a fan of the old Mazda, you should expect the Mazda 3 to have a lot of potential, especially when it comes to the sport-utility options it offers. And just like the Mazda 2, you can expect the new Skyactiv Turbo to have a similar hybrid-electricity package. The first batch of the new Mazda 3 can be ordered and will arrive in Europe as soon as next year.
The car's new dashboard also has the added benefit of coming with a new USB port, which is a welcome addition to both the car's new steering wheel and the optional new rear-view camera. So, let's try out the whole thing now.The American Psychiatric Association has decided that mental health professionals have a duty to treat patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, which has the highest incidence of suicide among U.S. adults. The decision was announced at a press conference held Thursday at the New York Psychological Society.
"Although we must recognize that some mental health professionals have a great deal of responsibility to ensure that patients do not attempt suicide, they are not empowered to make decisions based solely on their own personal desires and to treat patients as if they possessed a diagnosis that was contrary to that of the person to whom they were treating," said American Psychiatric Association President Dr. David Hare, who was not involved in the announcement. "There are things to worry about, and there are things that are not."
The decision followed a report from researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Stanford University that found that the prevalence of suicidal behavior among U.S. adults is higher in men than in women. According to the study, a "higher prevalence of depression among those with a bipolar disorder, or bipolar disorder related to a substance abuse history, was higher in men than in women." The psychiatrist noted that the study does not provide support for the notion that mental health professionals should be trained to treat patients with mental illness.
Hare said that "it is important for patients to be able to tell when they are in trouble or when they're ready to go." He added that psychiatrists and other mental health professionals must be prepared to evaluate patients for mental illness, not just for their mood and behavior but also for their health. We are happy today to announce that, as part of the new Digital Rights Management Service (DRM), our customers are able to download and install their own DRM content through our service.
