(Note: this was not the first time Sina Weibo user claimed to have taken a Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone—it took Sina Weibo user TaeHwa from another Sina Weibo account and then claimed to have made them—but it's not clear if that was a coincidence or not.)

After the viral post, people began to question whether the ad actually shows the camera for a device that features high-quality lenses. In fact, it shows the same camera used by a couple on camera, as seen in the video.

But a Google spokesperson told The Verge that the ad did not contain any specific information about the phone.

The company didn't go into further detail about the ad's authenticity, but it seems like a good bet that the people who were making the fake shots were, at least some, willing to bet their lives on a phone that made them feel better about their life.

The email I received was a statement from a couple of men in the tech industry, about how their company and I are having a terrible year and how we are trying to move forward.

I'm sure the companies here are not the most interesting ones, but I can tell you that they have a lot in common with us. I'm talking about the companies that I've worked with before. One of the companies I worked with was Google. They had something to do with the rise of the PC. As we were working on that, we heard from our customers, who were all about having a phone, and asked them about their experience with our phones. They were also asking us if we were doing any more research on the phone, and how best to deal with any issues.
