Tesla's attorney, Thomas Zwilling, said that he did not have any evidence that Trump had read the February 20 tweet. He says that the tweet did not provide any specific information to the market or to investors, but rather simply reiterated a story about an early test run of a new car.

Tesla would not address its lawsuit directly, saying that this "does not apply to Tesla and is not relevant to our ongoing litigation."

Tesla's lawyers also said the February 20 tweet did not contain any information that could jeopardize Tesla's financial position.

"We would not discuss the legal issues raised in the filing, nor would we comment on any litigation matters that arise from this lawsuit," Zwilling said.

Tesla's lawyers are represented by Robert Daley.

I know you've seen a great deal of the Internet about the early days of the internet. What were the first websites that you were aware of?

We had a lot of good ideas for the first web page. We started a couple of years before the Internet was invented, and we had a lot of ideas for a new page. Then the Internet was invented, and that created a lot of confusion.

Why did you start the new web page, the first website?

We started with a simple idea, a web page. We just wanted to make it easy to get a copy of the web site. We started with an idea, and we thought it was going to be fairly big.

Can you tell me what it was like to work for a lot of sites?

It was very different. I was not much of a programmer. I was not involved in the web, and so there were a lot of things I didn't do at all. I was just trying to make it simple.

What happened after the Google trial of Google Now?

We decided that after having an initial idea in front of the court, we would give them a bunch of different ideas. They would be just trying to make things look good. But then the trial started and we decided that we would put it on the list of what they were going to have to do.
