"The U.S. Senate will continue to work to pass legislation to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, but with bipartisan co-operation and consensus," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said. "That bipartisan agreement has been achieved in the Senate that we know we can rely upon to pass the Affordable Care Act by the end of this year."

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus and Hispanic Caucus Advisory Council, both of which have been working on the bill, are the only major groups that will be at the conference, with one of the two conferences scheduled for late summer.
