The MI60 has been available since 2013 at $549, and the MI50 has been available since 2014 at $549.
The MI50 was the first GPU from AMD to ship in October, and it's expected to ship out in early 2015. Both cards are on track to ship in August 2015, so we should be very excited about both.
As for the processor, the MI60 has a 1.5GHz 2.4GHz AMD SoC built around Polaris 5 and will get the same 8-core, 8-thread system-on-chip architecture as the MI50. It will be the company's second-gen GCN processor to ship with the new system, and it's expected to deliver about 1,000 compute cores per chip.
AMD's Polaris lineup is very similar to how we've seen in the past, but it's much more powerful and has a much wider array of cores and new integrated graphics technologies. The MI60 and MI50 will be the first to ship with a 1.8GHz quad-core chip, but for now, the MI60 and MI50 will both be based on the Polaris 10 series of chips.
MI60 and MI50 will be the first GPUs to ship with a 1.7GHz quad-core chip, and the first to ship with a 1.8GHz quad-core chip.
That leaves a lot to be desired with the new silicon and the new architecture, but it's no surprise that this new architecture will be the company's main focus. AMD has a strong interest in what makes this chip so special and how it can really transform the whole of the company. The New York Times ran a story about a young journalist who was attacked in Brooklyn, New York. He says that police were called to his house on the night the attack happened, and that he was attacked by three white men. The two men, who were black, told police that they were trying to use the "Black Lives Matter movement" and that they were "not interested in stopping this kind of behavior." He says that his assailants had two guns, and that when he got to the scene, he was confronted by them, who were wearing masks. "They said, 'Don't you see, we're here with you. We're here to protect you,'" he said. "We were trying to put an end to this kind of behavior. They asked me, 'Do you think you're going to be okay?' and I said, 'No.'" The men,
