While we haven't heard any concrete details of the plans, de Fondaumière noted that the company hopes to start working on a mobile version of Infamous: Second Son soon.

"We are also looking into developing mobile games for other platforms with our partners, as well as working on a mobile application for PlayStation. There will be no further details at this time," de Fondaumière said. "We are still exploring how to launch on mobile platforms, and we look forward to working with other platforms as we go forward."

What's more, it sounds like Microsoft is already planning to launch a PlayStation 3 version of The Last of Us, which would mean a completely new PS3 experience.

"Microsoft has been working on a PC-oriented title for the last year, and that's already happening," quora.com said in an interview with GamesIndustry.biz.

While de Fondaumière's comments aren't exactly news, it's clear that the former Quantic Dream co-founder is already excited about the Xbox One and PS4. His company has only recently started experimenting with Windows Phone, and there have been rumors about a partnership with HTC. If there's any indication that PlayStation 3 and Xbox One will ever meet, the company could potentially be eyeing the next Xbox One in the future.
