According to the FDA, "the potential for adverse health effects

According to the FDA, "the potential for adverse health effects from exposure to Pseudomonas brenneri is extremely high, and any exposure to the bacteria should be considered at a health care and lifestyle level. This risk includes adverse reactions, or changes in immune status, to certain substances and processes associated with food products."

The FDA is currently investigating the case to determine what steps the FDA will take to improve the safety of food products. In May, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ordered King to cease sales, citing a failure to disclose to the public that it was testing for Pseudomonas brenneri. In response, in April, the FDA confirmed that it had made a "limited number" of changes to its testing programs, including making the test more accurate and eliminating the use of artificial colors for color identification. The new testing program was also re-written to ensure that any new tests were performed on "new" materials.

"The FDA has been following the process of testing Pseudomonas brenneri and has determined that it does not pose a health concern for children at this time," said Ben K. Kranz, lead investigator for the FDA's investigation in North Carolina. "This is still an active investigation taking place, and there is no known safety or harm from the use of Pseudomonas brenneri. We are fully cooperating with the FDA in its investigation."

"Pseudomonas brenneri is a very common bacterial pathogen and is very susceptible to human and livestock infection. The FDA is working with King to better test the products and have them shipped to countries where they are safe."

According to the FDA's announcement, King Bio said that "the products have been reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration for safety and efficacy."

In this case, the company's recall involves a group of products purchased from a manufacturer on April 25, 2017, and a couple of weeks later, King received a call from the FDA asking for additional information. The FDA said that "some of the information about the packaging, including the name, brand and brand name, was not provided by King Bio." However, the manufacturer also said that its product was not tested for Pseudomonas brenneri, and that "an additional company representative did provide the names of the other companies involved."
