As for other features that are less obvious, Skype uses a different approach for those who need to be able to hear you. For example, when you speak to other Skype clients, Skype's voice messaging works with the Skype client in a chat mode. In order to hear your voice, the voice chat client needs to recognize both your voice and your face. If the voice chat client detects your voice, it'll then tell you that you need to speak to the other Skype clients.

And if someone is speaking in the background, Skype now automatically calls you to speak with them. This makes it easier for users to communicate easily through Skype and also reduces any interaction that might be required to communicate through Skype when the background noise level is high.

What if your business needs to communicate with your customers more effectively? It's a lot easier to have a Skype-enabled business, and in the case of Skype the benefits are quite similar.
