In addition to the misstatements, Pai's letter to Wyden and Schatz included an attachment of a copy of a letter from a former FCC CIO to former FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler (D-N.C.). The letter was dated May 26, 2016 from Bray to Bray, but was never sent back to the FCC.
