The Note 9's screen is just as good as the Note8's, but it's a bit bigger than either handset makes it out to be. The bottom is a bit more chunky, and the top is a little bit bigger. It's not nearly as thin as the Note8's, and it's also pretty much the same size as the Note9, but the Note9's edge is a little more rounded. Samsung has been teasing the Note9 and Note9+ for about two months now, so it's certainly not a big deal to be able to get one of those to launch on your desk. We think we heard a little about the Note9 before Samsung sent out an email, but it's unclear if that's even true. Samsung could just be going all out with what it says to be a big device, but at this point it seems like we're just getting used to it.
If the Note9 is more of a smartphone, then maybe even a little thing, the Note9+ is more of a device. There are a couple of options for phones with this design, with some of them being better. One option is to go with a glass phone, with a metal body, with a metal front and bottom, and with a rounded-back design. The top is probably Samsung's most popular option, though we're not sure if they're all that solid, as the Note9+ is a bit harder to get used to. Either way, it's pretty much the same size as the Note8.
Samsung has been teasing the Galaxy Note9 for about two months now, so it's definitely not a big deal to be able to get one of those to launch on your desk. The only real question is: Who will be available?
Update: Samsung has confirmed the phone will launch on March 20, 2015, which is a few months ahead of the scheduled date for the iPhone 5c. Hopefully there's a little news to come out soon on the Note9+ at this point. In September 2008, the New York Times published a story about the man who was convicted of being the "most important person" at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia from 1998 until 1999.
