The group is now demanding answers in an effort to prevent the school district from being dragged into a student strike.

The group's attorney, John Ritchie, said he was approached by the group members, who were protesting the controversial use of the term 'pigs' on a message board on an upcoming Friday that drew thousands to the school.

The letter - posted online by the group - claims that the students were 'banged on' in the last year by one or more students, and that their behavior was 'inappropriate'. The students are reportedly upset over the use of the term and the other students have been forced to boycott the school in protest.

The group said that the students would be 'shamed' and the school district should be 'taken out of the strike'.

The letter also calls on the school district to stop 'pigeon-bashing,' and calls for the school to consider banning the term.
