The Times reported that, "At Google, Mr. Rubin, 41, has been a chief executive since 2011 and co-founder since 2012, according to his lawyer, Eric Schmidt, a former executive chairman of Alphabet. "He has a long history of sexual misconduct at work, according to documents that he has provided to the Times."

In short, his accusers are pretty much all being told to stay silent.

Here's what we know so far about the claims against Andy Rubin:

The Times reported that in one of his earliest interviews with The Times, a woman said that he tried to get her to drop out of Stanford when she was 23 and that the University's policy of not accepting women "made it impossible for her to get out of work without him."

While there's no mention of this in any of the other interviews, the Times reported that he described her as "a great friend of mine" and "a wonderful person who worked hard to help me get up from my bed every day."

At the end of that interview, the woman reportedly made clear that she had been sexually assaulted by a man who had been her boyfriend and that he was "very nice to her."

The Times also reported that one of the women has alleged that she was sexually harassed and groped by an unnamed man who was a friend of Rubin's, a man who was dating the late former secretary of state.

The Times reported, "Some of the allegations against Mr. Rubin stem from an internal investigation into a sexual harassment suit launched by a former senior staff member at the tech-heavy company. A confidential internal memo found that Mr. Rubin, who works as a senior advisor in Silicon Valley, had been making a series of inappropriate advances to one of his female colleagues on a recent morning, the memo said. In the course of the relationship, Mr. Rubin told the woman that he was "too busy" to report her because it was not his "right" to come to their wedding."

The newspaper also reported that the former secretary's alleged victim may have been dating a man who had been the company's co-founder.

The Times reported: "The former employee, who declined to be identified, spoke to The Times because she wanted to remain anonymous because she feared retaliation. In her meeting with Mr. Rubin, Ms. O'Brien said, he told her he didn't want her to be the subject of any retaliation because he considered her friend a friend of mine, and she was afraid of being judged for her
