To be fair, the Fallout '76 is actually pretty good, though I don't really see the whole post-Fallout '76 Fallout '76 as having much of an impact on the PC version. The thing is, if you're a fan of Fallout series and think Fallout '76 is the game you want, you can buy Fallout '76 on the PC. The game is actually very good, with the addition of a handful of additional cool mods and some nice new characters, all of which are welcome additions to the game.

If you're looking for a pretty hefty game, Fallout '76 is probably the perfect pick.

But, if you're looking for an underwhelming, overpriced, but still good game, I won't be buying your game. So, I'd love to know what you think—and to let you know whether you'll be buying a PC version of the game.

This article begins with my personal take on the question of why I think Obama did so poorly in the 2008 presidential election and how to respond. It was an attempt to find a more accurate answer to that question because it was both a question of the Obama administration, and a question I want to continue answering in the future. But if that's not enough to convey my opinion, here's a quick look at the actual facts and evidence that have been unearthed at the Clinton email investigation.

Why Did Obama Not Get a State Department Secret Report on Clinton's Emails?

The most important factor in determining whether Clinton's behavior was in error is whether the information in the report was made public or not. The answer depends on who reviewed it. The State Department is a closed-door body that does not have a record of information that it should have. It has to decide whether the information was relevant to public policy, but the State Department has to decide if it should have information in the public domain. So, for example, if the State Department's report on the Clinton email investigation was made public, then it could have been published online and that information could be used to influence public policy and be used to harm the president. That would be a very, very serious violation of public trust and that would hurt the president.

So it would be a very bad idea to say, "We can't publish this. This is a private matter." That would be like saying, "Hey, we can't use this information to influence a national security decision."
