"Today's decision gives the cable companies a fair chance to correct their mistakes in order to preserve the rights of African American-owned broadcasters," said Jay Fusco, president of Community Television First, which represents Charter and Edison in the lawsuit.

The case is filed by Community Television First, a cable subsidiary of Charter Media Group, which operates two of the major national cable networks, Time Warner Cable and Time Warner Cable. Charter and Edison are represented by Covington & Burling.

The Dragon's Lair is the home of the Dragonborn, the Elder Scrolls Online. It is located west of the Stormcloaks, southwest of the Stormcloaks, east of the Gondolin Forest, southeast of the Stormcloaks, northern of the Daedra Peaks, west of the Feral Fields, and northwest of the Gondolin Grove.

The Dragonborn can take the Dragon's Lair to the Dragonborn in the quest The Dragonborn Must Take the Dragon's Lair, but only if they leave the North Caves.

The Dragonborn must travel from the Dragonborn's Lair in the north to the North Caves, to find a Dragonborn that would have traveled south of the Dragonborn's Dragon Nest. The Dragonborn will need to go around a lot of Dragon's Lair walls to reach the Dragonwood, as well as to find an exit through the Dragonwood.

The Dragonborn have a small army of six to nine Dragonborns, plus two to three Ebonheart Dragons, one to two Ebonheart Daedra, and a handful of Ebonheart Dragons. The Dragonborn also have the ability to use the Dragonbone Ring for some additional bonuses.

After the Dragonborn takes the Dragon's Lair they will find a Dragonstone which will offer a number of bonuses, which are unlocked using the Dragonbone Ring. The Dragonborn will also be able to use the Dragonbone Ring as an extra bonus to attack.

The Dragonborn can also craft the Dragonbone Necklace which gives two special bonuses. The Dragonbone Ring can be sold at the Dragonborn Trading Post.
