Verizon, according to the New York Times, would be in a "very difficult position" under the new rule as it relies on federal rules.
"I certainly think the people of New York in general would be the most comfortable with this in general and Verizon is the most comfortable with it in New York," says Eve.
Verizon has long complained that state laws regulating the service have been weakened since they were repealed in the 1990s.A new study suggests that the use of marijuana may have beneficial effects on mental health and disease.
According to the research published in the Archives of General Psychiatry, one in five Americans over the age of 21 is suffering from a mental illness, according to a study released Wednesday.
"We know that individuals may have an impact on their health and well-being, which is one of the most important factors for successful treatment of patients with mental illness," said Dr. Michael J. Mather, PhD, the lead author of the study in Pediatrics and a professor of psychiatry at The University of California, Riverside. "This study sheds light on the potential role of marijuana use in improving mental health, as well as other psychological factors that may be associated with these conditions."
The study was conducted by researchers at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Chicago at Chicago. The study was funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, the National Institute of Drug Abuse, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse, and the National Institute on Alcoholism and Alcoholism.
"We've known for years that marijuana use is associated with an increased risk of developing PTSD and other psychological disorders, and this study provides a new example of evidence that marijuana may be the cause of PTSD and other behavioral and substance-related disorders," said Dr. Mather.
The study was funded by the National Institutes of Health's National Institute on Substance Abuse and Mental Health, the National Institute on Mental Health and the Department of Veterans Affairs. The study was supported by the National Science Foundation's National Institute on Drug Abuse.
While marijuana is used for medicinal purposes, studies of it have been limited to a limited number of groups in a few countries. Mather was not involved in this study, and he cautioned that no conclusive data were available to support his hypothesis.
"The evidence is very thin, and it's unclear if marijuana is actually a drug that is causing the symptoms of a mental illness or whether it is just another drug
